Inpatient Information What to Bring
- Letter of referral from your treating doctor or specialist unless this has already been sent to the Clinic.
- All medications you are currently prescribed and any repeat prescriptions.
- Medicare and private health insurance cards.
- Veterans' affairs entitlement card (if applicable).
- Health care cards and pharmacy safety net details.
- Driver’s licence or accepted identification.
- Workers Compensation or other relevant insurance details.
- Casual comfortable day clothes.
- Comfortable footwear.
- Clothing and footwear suitable for exercise and walks.
- Nightwear (for inpatients).
- Personal toiletries.
- Glasses and physical aids (eg. walking sticks, hearing aids).
- Sufficient cash for incidental expenses (there is no ATM on the premises).
- Mobile phones and laptops are permitted.
- The Clinic doesn't accept responsibility for security of your possessions, including jewellery, watches and money. We ask that you do not bring personal items of excessive value.
- Our admissions and assessment coordinator will advise you of any other requirements, prior to admission.
