Patient and Visitor COVID-19 Information
The Chief Health Officer recommends that masks be worn inside WA hospitals and healthcare facilities. Although masks are not mandatory, in order to help protect our vulnerable patients (your loved ones) it is strongly recommended that you wear a face mask when visiting the Clinic.
Do you have COVID-19?
We ask you do not enter the Clinic if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days and until symptoms resolve. Close contacts are also not permitted to enter the Clinic until 7 days have passed from contact with the positive case. Please contact your doctors rooms if this affects your admission or treatment. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our most vulnerable safe.
Do you have COVID-19 Symptoms?
Please do not visit the clinic if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. These symptoms include fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of smell or taste.
